Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Flexible Cancellation

We understand travel plans can change. You may cancel or reschedule your tour booking up to 24 hours prior to the start time with zero penalty fee.

2. Weather Cancellations

If a tour is canceled by Visit Sekumpul Bali due to unsafe weather or natural conditions, guests will receive a 100% full refund or free rescheduling.

3. No-Show Policy

Cancellations within less than 4 hours of the tour start time without notice may be subject to a partial fee to compensate the local guide reserved for your date.
